DADDY DAY CARE!

Director Guy Ritchie pulls on-set daddy duty on Thursday, taking care of his two sons Rocco, who turns 7 next month, and David, 21 months.

Ritchie has been busy in London filming his latest movie RocknRolla starring Gerard Butler. It’s a crime flick about London’s criminal underworld taking notice of a Russian mobster’s shady land deal and a scam that puts millions of dollars up for grabs. Out 2008. Madonna has also been in London filming her 30-minute comedy short Filth and Wisdom.

Looks like Rocco is having some fun with paparazzi!

In Greece LIVE EARTH will not be broadcast live on TV. But a not commercial organization - Net Impact Hellas - will organize one special event in Athens with the title “Athens Planet Impact” about Live Earth, informing people and showing the shows. So on Saturday 7th of July at 21:00, people are invited to watch for free all the shows live on big monitors that will be placed in the Kotzia Square (Πλατεία Κοτζιά) in the centre of Athens.

The goal of this event is to wake up the people of Greece, to inform of the dangers that global warming causes and to invite people follow some changes in their daily routine for the better of the planet.

Except all these, Mega Channel (a big TV channel in Greece) will broadcast a special television program with the best moments of the shows on Tuesday 10th of July at 21:00. During this week the channel broadcasts small movies, informing people about the problems and giving some solutions they can follow for the best of the planet.

Steve Nestar to perform in Italy!

Drowned Madonna has just been informed that Madonna's dancer Steve Nestar will be special guest on the show "Conto Alla Rovescia" which will take place Saturday, July 28 at 9.30PM at Terracina.

Steve Nestar will join Madonna on stage at Live Earth with some other Confessions Tour dancers, as Drowned Madonna revealed exclusively a few weeks ago.

Steve Nestar will perform 2 solo, the fist one from the "Get Together" video and the second one is on an hip hop music directly from Brooklyn. Furthermore he will also be on the catwalk two times for Cavalli Class and Paciotti 4 US fashion shows.

London...and Happy 4th of July!

Hello from London,
It is so amazing to be here in London again and to be working on such an exciting project, the Live Earth Concert. Today is our second day of rehearsal and I can’t reveal all of the surprises of our performance but I can say that we are all so happy to be together and there is a great spirit in the air that is greater than us all. We have come together to make a difference and help people realize what we need to do to help our Mother Earth and all of life on this planet and stop Global warming. Ugh, I am so jet lagged right now but I’ll be rocking the house at Wembley Stadium with Madonna Saturday night and hangin with Al Gore backstage of course!!! I am blogging the whole week so I will have the whole story of my adventure up on the net next weekend for you to read. It has been raining since I arrived Sunday night. We started to rehearse Monday so I have been inside the rehearsal studio most of the time, listening to the rain when the music stops. Just one week to put this whole thing together. It’s great to have everyone back from the tour. Will you be at a Party watching the show on Saturday night? Live Earth on Saturday
Current mood: psyched

Okay.... now I’m getting excited. Rehearsals have been outrageous already.... The music is outta hand this time (you knew it would be! [whispered: she really is amazing, y’all]). Just sounds great and wild and full of impact. Folks will be moved. I’m moved.... All this sweating and smiling I’m doing proves it to me! --Looks to be a very powerful time; I can hardly wait for people to check this out. Time to make some changes on our little funky planet, you know? Maybe more folks will jump on board and become more aware & proactive because of this fine thing we’re out here doing. I hope so. We’ve got too many things yet to do here on this marble! You should see me, turning lights off in my hotel room.... Hey, I wanna be a little bit more conscious and do what I can & sometimes the little things can make a big difference. Seriously!
London is rainy and there is so much tea.... thank goodness for tea in the fight against jetlag. We’re having an incredible reunion here. Everyone is light and the good vibes are flying high. Joking, reminiscing.... We’re all so glad to be here doing what we do, doing what we can. DelRoy and I are closer than ever, bonding over everything from designer clothes and road stories to well-being, the importance of family/home life and the climate crisis....
And as for the boys... well, let’s just say they taught this petite flower a few new indecent, unmentionable terms!!! LOL... QUITE an education afforded me compliments of my bad boys... Monte and his new Pal (his beard) are all anyone can talk about. Marcus, Steve and Stuart are their usual, jolly, jokester selves. I really do love this mess of folks. Only a few more days of this intense and fleeting joy. Guess I had better roll around in it good!!

Here's an excerpt from The Daily Mirror, which reports news revealed exclusively by Drowned Madonna last week.

We can reveal that Madonna is locked in rehearsals to perfect her stunning performance - in which she will be backed by a 52-strong choir.

Madge will perform four songs, including Ray Of Light and Hey You, a new song about global warming, written specially for the event.

Our source says: "She’s been preparing her performance for weeks and has even been talking to Al Gore about how to create the biggest impact."
